Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our educational products and services, all sales are considered final. However, if you believe there was an error in your order or you are unsatisfied with your experience, please contact us at hello@gremom.com within 7 days of your purchase. We will evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis to ensure a fair resolution.
Shipping & Delivery Policy
Physical products (including books, planners, or merchandise) are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days unless otherwise stated. Standard shipping times vary by destination but typically range from 5–10 business days within the United States.
We currently ship to U.S. addresses only. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Please ensure your address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
Return Policy
We do not accept returns on digital products, coaching sessions, or downloadable resources. Physical products may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery if they arrive damaged or defective.
To request a return, email hello@gremom.com with your order number, description of the issue, and photo proof of the damage. We’ll provide return instructions if your request is approved. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
Cancellation Policy
If you’ve booked a strategy session, coaching call, or roadmap session, you may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Missed appointments or cancellations made within 24 hours are non-refundable.
If you have a recurring subscription or community membership, you may cancel anytime by emailing hello@gremom.com. Please allow up to 3 business days to process cancellations.
